Kishore Bhatia & Associates (Firm Registration No. 000294) as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. The remuneration payable to M/s. Kishore Bhatia & Associates shall be placed before the shareholders for ratification at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
