Dear Sirs,
Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that, the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Central GST Division, Panchkula, Panchkula Ward 3, Ambala, Haryana through its Order dated February 1, 2025 (“Order”), has levied a Tax demand of Rs. 43,95,190/- and a Penalty of Rs. 43,95,190/ aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 87,90,380/-.
Based on our assessment, we believe that the said demand is not maintainable and the Company is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
Please note that, the Company received the said Order on a non-working day, i.e., February 1, 2025, and the intimation under Regulation 30 is submitted on the immediate next working day, i.e., February 3, 2025.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure A.
