Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that, the Company has received an Order on February 4, 2025, from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, CGST, Division-IV (Narol), Ahmedabad South (“Order”), basis the GST Audit conducted by the Department for the period July 2017 to March 2020 in the state of Gujarat, for a tax demand of Rs. 27,50,988/- and a Penalty of Rs. 27,50,988/- aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 55,01,976/-.
Based on our assessment, we believe that the said demand is not maintainable and the Company is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A.
