We hereby confirm that, (i) the Company has not issued any debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares, (ii) the Company does not have any outstanding long term borrowings exceeding Rs. 1,000 Crores and (iii) the Company has not obtained any credit ratings relating to borrowings.

Accordingly, the Company does not fall under the category of Large Corporate as on March 31, 2025 in terms of SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 and amendments thereof. Thus, the requirement of submission of Annual disclosure under the said Circular is not applicable to the Company.
