This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with “Pfizer Limited – Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from Monday, March 31, 2025 (close of business) till 48 hours after the said Audited Financial Results are made public on May 19, 2025.
