This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with “Pfizer Limited – Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (close of business) till 48 hours after the said Unaudited Financial Results are made public on November 12, 2025.
