Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has received an Order dated December 23, 2025, issued by Office of the Joint Commissioner Jurisdiction : Corporate Circle, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh basis the GST audit conducted for the state of Uttar Pradesh for the Financial Year 2021-22 for a Tax demand of Rs. 1,15,33,764/- and a penalty of Rs. 11,53,377/aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 1,26,87,141/- plus applicable interest .

Based on the Company’s assessment, the Company believes that the said demand is not maintainable. The Company is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.

The additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.
