Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that, the Company has received an Order on January 31, 2024, from the Deputy Commissioner, Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Tax Department, basis scrutiny of returns for the period 2014-15 under the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 for a penalty of Rs. 5,000/-.
Based on our assessment, we believe that the Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
