Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), we wish to inform you that, the Company has received an Order on July 10, 2024 issued by the Excise & Taxation Officer – cum Notified Authority, Ward-9, U.T., Chandigarh, imposing a penalty of Rs. 12,000/- basis an assessment for the financial year 2017-18, under the Value Added Tax Act, 2005. The said penalty is imposed on the Company due to non-compliance of a procedural requirement. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
