Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with “Pfizer Limited – Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders”, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from Monday, September 30, 2024 (close of business) till 48 hours after the said Unaudited Financial Results are made public on October 28, 2024.
