Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received an Order dated March 21, 2024, from Joint Commissioner of State Tax basis the GST Audit conducted for Uttar Pradesh state for the financial year 2018-19, for a Tax demand of Rs. 2,50,806/-, Interest of Rs. 2,67,108/- and a penalty of Rs. 25,080/- aggregating to a total demand of Rs. 5,42,994/-
Based on our assessment, we believe that the said demand is not maintainable, and the Company is in the process of preferring an appeal against the said Order. The Order has no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
Additional details required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A to this letter.
