Further please be informed that, Pursuant to the “Pfizer Limited – Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, September 1, 2022 (close of business) till 48 hours after the declaration of Interim Dividend i.e., September 8, 2022 (close of business).
