In terms of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, please find enclosed disclosure in relation to decrease in shareholding of the schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund by 2.0342% as of April 28, 2022 in the prescribed format.

Therefore, as on April 28, 2022 the aggregate holding of the schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund in the company is 4.9691% of the paid up capital of the Company.
