Sub: Intimation regarding change in Senior Management Personnel of the Company.

Ref.: Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the below changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company:

• i) Mr. Deepak Rakheja – Strategic Partnerships, Channel Development and International Neighbouring Markets Lead has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from July 8, 2026, (close of business), to pursue opportunities outside Pfizer Limited. Mr. Rakheja shall accordingly cease to be a Senior Management Personnel, effective the said date.

The resignation letter of Mr. Deepak Rakheja as required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure A.

• ii) Mr. Anil Pattanshetty – Senior Director, Business Operations will transition to another Pfizer Group Company effective April 1, 2026, and shall accordingly cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective March 31, 2026 (close of business).
