Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Amit Sharma, Director, Strategic Accounts has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on January 31, 2025, to pursue opportunities outside Pfizer Limited. Mr. Amit Sharma shall accordingly cease to be a Senior Management Personnel effective the said date.

The resignation letter required to be disclosed pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
