Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has appointed Mr. Chetan Solse as India Legal Lead of the Company effective November 18, 2024. Accordingly, Mr. Chetan Solse shall be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective the said date.

Mr. Solse joins the Company from Roche Diagnostics India Private Limited where he served as Head Legal & Risk Management (India & Neighboring Markets). Prior to his role with Roche Diagnostics India Private Limited, Mr. Solse has held senior positions at Parle Agro Private Limited, Diageo India Private Limited and Edwards Life Sciences (India) Private Limited.
