Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby wishes to inform that upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Chaitanya Nadkarni as India Digital Client Partner Lead effective September 11, 2023. Accordingly, Mr. Chaitanya Nadkarni shall be a Senior Management Personnel effective the said date.
