Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG: Another Supervisory Board Member Resigns
Asslar, August 18, 2017. Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG hereby announces that after the resignation of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Michael Oltmanns, effective from the end of October 25, 2017, also Dr. Wolfgang Lust resigns. Dr. Lust has been a member of this board of the company since 2010. His resignation will equally become effective from the end of October 25, 2017.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board regret his resignation and thank Dr. Lust for his great dedication.
Pangea GmbH announced to apply for the judicial appointment of Mrs. Ayla Busch, member of the Management Board of Busch GmbH and Managing Director of Pangea GmbH, and Mr. Wolfgang Dondorf, Independent Gentleman and former Chief Executive Officer of Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG, as members of the Supervisory Board.
