Application Submission

CONSENT

I, candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board of PETROL d.d., Ljubljana, hereby give my consent to PETROL d.d, Ljubljana to submit my application for membership on the Supervisory Board of PETROL d.d., Ljubljana, including all appendices, to:

• SSH (SDH, d.d.) to enable it to carry out all procedures provided for by the Slovenian Sovereign Holding Act and the Slovenian Sovereign Holding Asset Management Policy adopted on its basis, which are necessary in relation to SSH's vote for members of supervisory boards of companies with State's capital assets;
• Every other shareholder of PETROL d.d., Ljubljana who proves to the relevant company in an adequate manner that, based on a special law, they are bound to observe special rules (for example, the same rules that apply, mutatis mutandis, to SSH) when voting on membership on supervisory boards of companies.
