Sub: Clarification to our earlier Intimation bearing Ref. No. NSE & BSE/ 2023-24/101 dated August 21, 2023, under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In terms of our earlier intimation dated August 21, 2023, titled as ‘Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015’, we disclosed the requisite details of the merger of Youperience GmbH, (Step Down Subsidiary) into merged into Persistent Systems Germany, GmbH (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) with effect from August 21, 2023.

However, we wish to clarify that the amount of paid-up capital and turnover respectively as mentioned in Annexure A (Sr. No. 1) of the aforesaid intimation are in Euro (absolute figures) and not in Euro Million. The rest details in Annexure A are unchanged.
