NOTICE OF 25th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD THROUGH

In compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, rules made thereunder and 400K Living Obligations and Disclosure requirements/Regulations, 2015 read with general circular no. 1420226 dated 30th April 2025, general circular no. 1772025 dated 13th April 2025, general circular no. 2422023 dated 6th May 2025, general circular no. 022021 dated 10th December 2021, general circular no. 0132022 dated 30th May 2022, general circular no. 1113022 dated 30th December 2023, general circular no. 063302 dated 20th September 2023, General Circular No. 063302 dated 20th September 2023, General Circular No. 063304 dated September 19, 2024 and general circular no. 022024 dated 22nd September 2024 towards by ministry of corporate affairs read with 600K circular dated 6th January 2023, October 3, 2023 and October 3, 2024 and other relevant circulars of 300K, from time to time. The following rules are incorporated in 70/30 circulars: 1) the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held through Video Conferencing ("VC") on Wednesday 24th June 2024 at 11:00 A.M. (IST) to transact the business that will be held until 1st the notice of AGM (Yanbur).
In accordance with the aforesaid Circulars, the Notice and the Annual Report for the financial year 2023-25, will be sent only through electronic reads to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Reporter/Receivables (CPA). The Company to be informed with Regulation (EC) (6) of 2020 Living Obligations and Disclosure Requirements/Regulations, 2015, will send separate letter to those Members who have not registered their work, followings with the Company providing each list of the Annual Report 2023-25. The Notice and Annual Report will also be available on the website of the Company or www.ctaqs.com and on the website of National Stock Exchange (NSSE) at 11:00 A.M. (IST) and the Annual Report will be held through the Company and the NSE through the Company. The instructions for joining and manner of participation in the AGM will be provided to the notice. Members attending the AGM through NSSE shall be counted for the purpose of reviewing the sponsor under section 103 of the Companies act, 2013.
In order to send these Annual Report and other Communications to be members in electronic form, the Company will be responsible for the use of the information contained in the original document.
