Sub: Intimation under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and intimation of closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited (‘the Company’) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 and will continue on Thursday, January 20, 2022 and Friday, January 21, 2022 through tele conferencing, to consider inter alia, the following businesses:

1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2021.

2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2021

3. The payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-22. If the said Interim Dividend is approved by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the payment of the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges separately.

Please note that the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Thursday, January 20, 2022 .

The Company will hold investor/ analyst call on Friday, January 21, 2022 . During such call, the Management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2021 and comment on business outlook. Details of the call will be updated to the exchanges and will be published on the Company's website in due course.

Also, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and our letter to your office vide Ref. No. NSE&BSE/2021-22/112 dated December 23, 2021, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain close from Saturday, December 25, 2021 to Saturday, January 22, 2022 .

The Trading Window will re-open from Sunday, January 23, 2022 unless communicated otherwise.
