Persistent to Acquire MediaAgility, a Google Cloud Premier Partner, establishes Google business unit; call on Tuesday, March 15, 2022

Pune, India – March 14, 2022: Persistent Systems Ltd. (BSE & NSE: PERSISTENT) has announced the acquisition of Princeton, New Jersey-based MediaAgility Inc (MA). MA is a Google Cloud Premier Partner, delivering transformational IT services to clients across the Media, Entertainment & Gaming, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services & Insurance verticals. This acquisition will strengthen Persistent’s Google Cloud partnership, serving as the foundation to launch a dedicated Google business unit to accelerate cloud-led digital transformation with capabilities across open cloud, data cloud, collaboration, and ML.
