We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable regulations the Company has uploaded the disclosures of related party transactions on a consolidated basis for the half-year ended March 31, 2022, on the portal of the exchanges on May 6, 2022, via XBRL utility.
However, the Company received an e-mail from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited dated May 27, 2022, wherein the companies were instructed to re-submit the same in a revised XBRL published by the exchanges for the format prescribed under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2021/662 dated November 22, 2021, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Accordingly, the Company is re-submitting herewith, the disclosures of related party transactions on a consolidated basis for the half-year ended March 31, 2022, in a revised format, for your records.
With this, we request you to please take the abovementioned submission filed with your office on May 6, 2022, along with this resubmission on record.
