Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Ref: Our earlier intimation under reference no. NSE & BSE / 2020-21 / 25 dated June 22, 2020

We refer to our above-mentioned intimation pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 where the Company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 24, 2020 and will continue on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Pune to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Please note that on account of the COVID-19 pandemic and the prolonged lock-down in Pune city, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will now be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 and will continue on Thursday, July 23, 2020 and Saturday, July 25, 2020 . The Board of Directors will consider the approval of financials on Saturday, July 25, 2020 as informed through our letter dated June 22, 2020.

Further, in terms of the MCA Notification (F. No. 1/32/2013-CL-V-Part) dated March 19, 2020 and June 23, 2020, the said meeting will be held through video conferencing.

We will update your office about the date and other details of quarterly Analyst Call as and when it is finalized.

All the remaining details mentioned in our letter dated June 22, 2020 remain unchanged.
