In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Company hereby confirms that a Code of Conduct has been appropriately updated in terms of the said Regulations. The Updated Code was placed before the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on January 27 and 28, 2019, and the same was approved.
