Pursuant to Regulations 29 and 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Persistent Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 27, 2019 and will continue on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Pune, to consider inter alia, the following businesses:

1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018.

2. The Audited Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018.

3. The payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2018-19. If the said Interim Dividend is approved by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the payment of the same will be Tuesday, February 5, 2019.

Please note that the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business items on Monday, January 28, 2019.

The Company will hold investor / analyst call on Monday, January 28, 2019. During such call, the Management will comment on the financial results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018 and comment on business outlook. Details of the call will be published on the Company's website in due course.
