Sub.: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window under the SEBI Regulations
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 and will continue on Saturday, April 27, 2019, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exact date of Board Meeting is being discussed and will be intimated to your office in due course.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed from Monday, March 25, 2019 to Monday, April 29, 2019.
The Trading Window will re-open from Tuesday, April 30, 2019 unless communicated otherwise.
The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoter, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons.
