Sub.: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window under the SEBI Regulations
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 and will continue on Thursday, July 25, 2019, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.
In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exact date of Board Meeting is being discussed and will be intimated to your office in due course.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed from Monday, June 24, 2019 to Saturday, July 27, 2019.
The Trading Window will re-open from Sunday, July 28, 2019 unless communicated otherwise.
The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoter, Promoter Group, Board of Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons.
