Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 117366[/] W-100018) vide their letter dated July 23, 2019 received to the Company on the same day, has communicated that if their reappointment is approved by the shareholders in the 29[th ] Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 24, 2019 for a period of 2 (Two) years i.e. upto the conclusion of the 31[st ] Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in calendar year 2021, they would not be able to continue as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Since the voting results of the 29[th ] AGM will be declared upon the receipt of the Scrutinisers Report, the final outcome of the above communication will be determined accordingly. The Company will communicate an update on the above immediately on declaration of the voting results.
