The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Sunday, January 27, 2019 and will continue on Monday, January 28, 2019, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2018.
In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the exact date of Board Meeting is being discussed and will be intimated to your office in due course.

In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the decisions taken by the Board of Directors on Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed from Tuesday, December 25, 2018 to, Wednesday, January 30, 2019.
The Trading Window will re-open from Thursday, January 31, 2019 unless communicated otherwise.
The Company has already communicated well before time about the said closure to its Promoter, Board of Directors and Designated Persons.
