It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, CVR no.: 20896477, is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskabet A/S, subject to portfolio management agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.
