It is hereby announced that the following legal persons as of 30 January 2024 are under five percent of the voting rights in Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, the below are now in possession of 4.98% of the voting rights:

As of 30 January 2024, the total holding of B shares (ISIN DK0060700516) was 1,621,517 shares corresponding to a nominal share capital of DKK 3,243,034 of a total share capital of DKK 40,770,000.
It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BIAM, subject to portfolio management agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.
As of 30 January 2024, the holding of voting rights was 1,621,517 votes corresponding to 4.98% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
