It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BIAM, subject to agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.
As of 6 September 2022, the holding of voting rights was 1,638,177 votes corresponding to 5.04% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
