Per Aarsleff Holding — M&A Activity 2016

Copenhagen, 2016-04-20 15:29 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Aarsleff Group’s
subsidiary Petri & Haugsted AS has signed a contract with TDC Group for the
execution of fibre connections and error corrections of the fibre network in
all of Denmark.

The contract will be carried out by the consortium Fiber & Anlæg I/S which is a
collaboration between Petri & Haugsted, Eltel Networks A/S and Munck
Forsyningsledninger A/S.

The contract will be valid for the next three years from 1 July 2016. Petri &
Haugsted’s share of the contract is expected to be approx. DKK 370 million
during the contract period.

With the contract, the collaboration between the consortium Fiber & Anlæg I/S
and TDC Group will continue, as the parties signed a similar five-year contract
in 2011.

The contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial
year 2015/2016.
