Aarsleff acquires Icelandic company

Per Aarsleff A/S has today entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in the Icelandic contracting company ISTAK ISLAND ehf.

ISTAK engages in civil engineering and construction work on Iceland and Greenland, and the company is already a joint venture collaboration partner on our project in Nuuk Harbour.

The company has 130 employees and an annual revenue of approx. DKK 300 million.

The acquisition does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial year 2014/2015.
