Per Aarsleff Holding — M&A Activity 2014

Copenhagen, 2014-12-04 15:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Per Aarsleff A/S has
entered into a partnering contract with Novo Nordisk A/S to build a shell
structure with a total gross area of 15,000 square metres.

Aarsleff will carry out earthwork, establish construction pit and build the
shell structure inclusive of interior fit outs. The contract is to be carried
out in partnering, and Aarsleff was chosen after an initial value creation
phase.

The preliminary budget price of the project is DKK 205 million. The
construction work will begin now and is scheduled for completion by the end of
2015.

The earnings impact of the contract will be included in the total earnings
expectations which will be informed as usual in the preliminary announcement of
financial statements for 2013/2014.
