Per Aarsleff Holding — M&A Activity 2010

Today, Aarsleff has taken over the shares in the Danish contracting company VG
Entreprenør A/S in Lemvig, which has specialised in coastal protection and
other marine works. The company has an annual revenue of approx. DKK 35 million
and works all over Denmark.

The management will continue in the new ownership. Aarsleff and VG Entreprenør
A/S have previously cooperated as consortium partners on different pier
construction projects. The intention is that VG Entreprenør A/S continues its
activities from its current location and that the company's special
competencies are to be developed further as a company in the Aarsleff Group.

The earnings impact of the takeover of VG Entreprenør A/S in 2010/2011 will be
included in the total earnings expectations which will be informed as usual in
the preliminary announcement of financial statements for 2009/2010.
