Per Aarsleff Holding — Earnings Release 2014

Copenhagen, 2014-11-14 12:46 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The financial year
2013/2014 which ended on 30 September 2014 is now expected to generate profit
before tax of approx. DKK 330 million against the previous expectations of DKK
290 million.

However, we strongly emphasise that the financial statements have not yet been
revised, and thus are subject to amendments until the final adoption at the
ordinary general meeting on 19 December 2014 when the preliminary announcement
of financial statements 2013/2014 will be sent to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.

The improvement as compared to the previous expectations is a result of a
positive development in all three business segments in the last quarter of the
financial year.
