FY25 preliminary results to be published on 17 December 2025

Pepco Group, a leading pan-European variety discount retailer, today announces that it will publish its FY25 full year preliminary results (for 12 months ended 30 September 2025) on 17 December 2025.

The revised date, previously scheduled for 10 December 2025, reflects the additional work this year relating to the Poundland disposal (treated as a discontinued operation). We will therefore publish our preliminary unaudited results for the continuing New Pepco Group operations on 17 December 2025, followed by our FY25 Annual Report on 15 January 2026.

FY25 guidance, as provided at the pre-close trading update on 25 September 2025, remains unchanged.
