• Nicolaj Højer Nielsen no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Biostrat Biotech Consulting ApS.
• Mikkel Clausen no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Clausen Online ApS.
• Jan Flora no longer holds any shares or voting rights in Penneo A/S, whether directly or indirectly through Flora IT ApS.
