Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 6, 2017, Patrick Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,350,000 shares of common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 202,500 shares of common stock from the Company.

A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
