We refer to the off-market takeover bid by Elysium Resources Limited for all fully paid ordinary shares and options in BCU.

Notice is hereby given that as at the date of this announcement:

• (a) EYM’s voting power in BCU has risen to and above 25%; and

• (b) EYM’s voting power in BCU is 32.08%.

• (c) EYM has received acceptances for 29.41% of the BCU options
