Board Changes

Paterson Resources Limited ("Paterson" or "the Company") (ASX: PSL) advises that Mr Samuel Baker has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Baker brings to the Board hands-on operational depth, mine engineering capability and commercial project development experience, including direct involvement in government, heritage and statutory approvals processes across Western Australia, with relationships spanning contractors, engineers, consultants and resource companies domestically and internationally. Mr Baker holds qualifications in mining engineering and business administration alongside relevant statutory mining certifications.

Mr John Kay has tendered his resignation as non-executive director and chairman of Paterson with immediate effect. Greg Entwistle will assume the role of non-executive chairman.

The Board thanks Mr Kay for his contribution and service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
