Takeover bid by Elysium Resources (ASX Code: EYM) for Burraga Copper Limited Conditions fulfilled

We refer to the off-market takeover bid by Elysium Resources Limited ABN 45 115 593 005 (Elysium) for all fully paid ordinary shares and options in Burraga Copper Limited ABN 42 149 974 354 (Burraga) (Offers).

EYM is pleased to advise that the Bid for Burraga has today been declared unconditional.

As far as EYM is aware, as at the date of this Notice, EYM has voting power of approximately 94.88% in BCU, comprising 81,314,988 ordinary shares out of a total of 85,700,000 ordinary shares in BCU presently on issue.

In accordance with the Bidder’s Statement, EYM will now issue the share consideration for Burraga shareholders and optionholders who have already accepted the Offer.

The offers remain subject to the ASX granting permission to quote the consideration shares.

Unless the context requires otherwise, defined terms in the Bidder’s Statement have the same meaning in this Notice.
