REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Paterson Resources Limited (ASX: PSL or “the Company”) requests a voluntary suspension of all the quoted securities of the Company to apply from the commencement of trading on Friday, 11[th] September 2020:

1. Further to the Company’s request for a Trading Halt on 9[th] September 2020, the voluntary suspension has been sought to allow the Company sufficient time to finalise the capital raising;

2. The Company requests that the suspension should remain in place until the Company is in a position to make an announcement, which is expected to be by Monday, 14[th] September 2020; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
