Expiry of Options

Elysium Resources Limited advises that the following Options will expire on 30 September 2016:-

• 5,210,933 listed options exercisable at 7.5 cents per share

Option holders have until 30 September 2016 to exercise their options. Any Options not exercised at that time will expire.

The last date for quotation of the listed options is 29 September 2016.

The current market price of the underlying ordinary shares is 1.1 cent.

The highest market price of the underlying ordinary shares in the previous 3 months was 0.2 cents on 18[th] July 2016 (effective post consolidation price of 5 cents). The lowest market price in that period was 0.1 cents on 17[th] August 2016 (effective post consolidation price of 2.5 cents).

An Option expiry notice will not be sent to Option Holders.
