ASX ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SHARE PLACEMENT
Elysium Resources Limited (“Elysium” or “Company”) (ASX:EYM) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to issue 415,000,000 shares at an issue price of one cent together with 207,500,000 options (one attaching option for every 2 shares)with an exercise price of one and a half cents and an expiry date of 19 August 2020. The placement is in accordance with resolutions passed at the General Meeting held on 19 August 2016.
The purpose of the issue is to raise working capital and extinguish debt. The Placement was made to sophisticated investors and managed by lead broker EverBlu Capital Pty Ltd.
Following this Placement the Company have an issued capital of 503,895,262 ordinary shares, in excess of $3m cash and zero debt.
