PRO-RATA NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE – DISPATCH OF PROSPECTUS

A Prospectus for the pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue (“ Rights Issue ”) as announced on 26 June 2015 has been dispatched to all eligible shareholders today, Tuesday 7 July 2015, in accordance with the timetable for the Rights Issue. Accompanying the Prospectus are personalised entitlement and acceptance forms for each of the eligible shareholders.

In accordance with the Prospectus, an eligible shareholder is a shareholder resident in Australia or New Zealand and recorded as being a shareholder on the Company's share registry records on the Record Date of 2 July 2015, and is otherwise eligible to accept the Offer made under the Prospectus.
