VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

The Directors request the ASX grant a voluntary suspension of the securities of Elysium Resources Limited (EYM) under Listing Rule 17.2 pending the completion of the capital raising referred to in our trading halt announcement of 21 February 2014. We expect a further announcement to be made no later than the commencement of trading on Thursday 27[th] February 2014.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
